Southwest Rapid Rewards members can earn double points and double tier qualifying points for flights between Chicago and California booked on Southwest Airlines by January 15, 2012.

You can earn double points and double tier qualifying points on every Southwest flight you take between Chicago (Midway) and any of these California destinations: Burbank, Los Angeles, Oakland, Ontario, Orange County, Sacramento, San Francisco, and San Jose.

You must register and book your flight by January 15, 2012, for travel by March 31, 2012.

Southwest Promotional Details

Rapid Rewards members will receive 6 bonus points and 6 bonus tier qualifying points per $1 spent on Wanna Get Away Fares, 10 bonus points and 10 bonus tier qualifying points per $1 spent on Anytime Fares, and 12 bonus points and 12 bonus tier qualifying points per $1 spent on Business Select Fares.

Bonus points are in addition to the standard flight points earned through Rapid Rewards.

Bonus points will count toward A-List and A-List Preferred qualification.

Bonus points will not count toward Companion Pass qualification.

You will receive bonus Rapid Rewards points within 4 days after the completion of your entire ticket.

Award, Companion Pass, Southwest Vacation Packages, and reward travel do not qualify for this promotion.

This promotion cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion.
