Southwest Card Members Earn Double Points on Flights through August 31, 2013

Southwest Rewards credit card members can earn double points on flights with travel through August 31, 2013.

If you are a Rapid Rewards credit card member, you’ll earn double points on flights booked through Southwest Airlines between July 1st and August 31, 2013.

You must pay with your Southwest Airlines Rapid Rewards Credit Card in order to earn the double points.

You will receive:

  • 24 points (instead of the standard 12 points) per $1 spent on Business Select Fares.
  • 20 points (instead of 10 points) per $1 spent on Anytime Fares.
  • 12 points (instead of 6 points) per $1 spent on Wanna Get Away Fares.

You must Register by August 31, 2013.

You must purchase your flights through Southwest with your Southwest Airlines Rapid Rewards Credit Card for travel between July 1, 2013, and August 31, 2013.

You’ll earn double points on your flights.

Plus, you will also continue to earn 2 points per $1 spent on flights just by using your card.

Registration must be completed prior to commencement of travel.

Your Rapid Rewards account number must be entered at the time of booking.

Bonus points do not count toward A-List, A-List Preferred, and Companion Pass qualification.

You will receive bonus points within 4 days after completion of your entire ticket.

Award, Companion Pass, Southwest Vacations Packages, Jackpot Deals, reward travel, and flights booked through AirTran Airways do not qualify for this promotion.
