Open a new Chase Checking account with a direct deposit, and you’ll receive a $125 banking bonus from Chase.

Just open a new Chase Checking account with a $100 minimum opening deposit of new money not currently held by Chase or its affiliates.

Within 60 days of opening your account, you must initiate a monthly direct deposit such as payroll, pension, Social Security, or other government benefits.

The $125 Chase bonus will be posted to your new account within 10 days after your initial direct deposit is posted to your account.

    There are lots of good deals for those that look. I have a rewards checking account with Renasant Bank that pays 4.00% with no minimums. There are a few requirements each month that are easily attainable such as use of a debit card, direct deposit, paperless statements, etc. If you check with banks in your area, I bet you can find a similar deal.
