    Chase is a fraud. I’ve been asking them to stop sending me mortgage statements for 5 years now (since July 2004) and eevery timethey say I am ineligible.
    They asked I enrolled in the PAID program (which involved more paperwork singing and maling) which will allow me to get quarterly statements which i did. It is now July 2009 and am still getting monthly statements. Tonight. I decided to get to the bottom of it so I called customer service. After speaking to 4 different reps from 4 different dpts and spending 67 minutes on the phone. The conclusion was the same: we cant help you. You are ineligible not to get monthly statement

    I think all companies should give their customers a monthly credit of a $1 or something like that to go paperless. The companies would save more than a $ by way of paper, labor, time, postage etc. and the clients would benefit as well as the environment. This way everyone wins. However, most companies want you to go paperless but do not want to share the benefit with you.

    Ladies and Gentlemen I think your gopaperless system sucks. I have used the correct user name and I still can’t access my accounts. You can take your system and shove it where the Sun don’t shine.
