Did You Pay Overdraft Fees to Comerica Bank?

If you incurred Overdraft Fees on your Comerica Bank account from 2004 to 2010, you may be eligible to receive a payment from this Comerica Bank class action settlement.

Your payment will be based on the number of Overdraft Fees charged to your Comerica Bank consumer deposit account as a result of High-to-Low Posting of Debit Card Transactions during the applicable class period.

You do not need to do anything to receive a payment or account credit, as you will automatically receive a payment or account credit if the court approves the settlement on April 16, 2014.
