    Terrible bank!!
    I applied and was approved.

    My girl-friend also applied but failed the ID check (even though all ID questions were answered correctly!!). I helped her by calling in together and we explained that all ID questions were answered correctly – and we could prove it. They still denied her, so we asked when she could apply again. They escalated her case, but didn’t respond back.

    However, a few days later they promptly closed my own account w/o explanation (I regret giving them my name when helping her…).
