HSBC Premier Amazon Kindle Details
This offer is valid when you begin a new personal Premier relationship online in the United States with a minimum of $50,000 funded in new money from May 10, 2010, to July 9, 2010.
This offer is not valid on Retirement (IRA) Brokerage Accounts or for existing HSBC Premier Clients, regardless of what other non-Premier accounts you have or how you are listed on account titles.
New money is defined as funds or positions not previously held by any member of the HSBC Group over the past 6 consecutive months.
For qualifying customers upgrading to Premier, new money must be in addition to existing deposit and investment balances as of the close of business on May 10, 2010 (“Existing Balances”).
Your Premier relationship in the U.S. must remain open, and your new money and Existing Balances must remain on deposit for a minimum of 6 months, or the value of the gift will be deducted from your account proceeds if the time requirement has not been met.
To qualify for HSBC Premier, you need to open a Premier Checking account and maintain $100,000 in combined U.S. personal deposit and investment balances.
Business owners may use your commercial balances to qualify for the personal Premier relationship, but these balances cannot be used to meet the new money requirements.
A monthly maintenance fee of $50 will be incurred if minimum balance requirements are not maintained.
You have up to 90 days after account opening to meet the full $100,000 balance requirement.
