I sincerely apologize if the information is incorrect, but please be aware that the information is taken directly from the Huntington National Bank website for this promotion as quoted below:

Do that, and the $100 bonus will be deposited into your new account within 90 days of account opening. The $100 bonus is considered interest, so you’ll receive a Form 1099-INT from us. This offer is open to new checking customers who live in Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, West Virginia and Florida. Offer limited to one per household.”
I’m not sure why they would indicate Florida within the terms if it is not available there.

Still not sure why they listed Florida in the terms of this offer originally, but it may have simply been a mistake.
They are still running a $100 promotion. However, they will not let you access it without a promotional code that they specifically sent out. I just tried opening an account with them online and over the phone and was told that I could not access the promotion without receiving the mailer. This is not mentioned anywhere in the terms listed on the website, though, so I am going to try going into a branch and opening an account to see if I can get it that way.
