New members can earn a $25 sign-up bonus when you open a new account through the ING Direct referral program.
Plus, current ING Direct account holders can earn a $10 bonus for each new customer that you refer.
The ING Direct referral program is now available for Electric Orange Checking, MONEY, Orange Savings, and Kids Savings accounts (previously only available for Electric Orange and Orange Savings).
$25 New Account Bonus Details
New customers will earn a $25 bonus when you sign up for a qualifying account through a current ING Direct customer’s referral email.
Bonuses are only paid for accounts that are opened with an initial deposit of at least $250.
The initial deposit does not include the bonus.
You must sign up for your new account through the promotional link within a referral email from a current ING Direct customer.
$10 Current Customer Referral Bonus Details
Current customers will receive a $10 referral bonus when you refer a new customer to open select ING Direct accounts with a qualifying deposit of at least $250.
The $10 thank you bonus is deposited at the time of the new account opening, but it is unavailable for withdrawal for 30 days.
You can refer new customers via the online email referral form within your ING Direct account.
The person that you refer will have 30 days to use the special referral link in the email to open the account before it expires.
You can send up to 50 referrals to earn a total of $500 in referral bonuses.
The bonuses will be posted as interest income to your account.
