ING Direct has doubled the amount of their referral bonuses to $20 during the ING Direct Rewards For Friendship promotion from February 18th to April 30, 2010.

Current ING Direct customers can earn $20 for each new customer you refer during the Rewards For Friendship promotion, instead of the standard $10 referral bonus.

You’ll earn $20 per referral from the ING Direct Refer A Friend program, plus the new ING Direct customers you refer will receive a $25 sign-up bonus.

Just log in to your ING Direct Account and click on the Rewards for Friendship banner within your account to take advantage of this referral promotion.

From February 18th through April 30th, Refer A Friend to ING DIRECT and they’ll double your bonus from the regular $10 to $20 for each person who opens a new account.

You could earn up to $1,000, depending on how many referrals you have available, as there is a limit of 50 referrals from your ING Direct account.

Your original $10 bonus will be deposited into your account when your friend opens an account.

Your additional $10 bonus will be deposited on April 7th for each friend that opens an Orange Savings Account or Electric Orange Checking Account from February 18th through March 31st.

Your additional bonus for referrals completed in April will be deposited on May 5th.

Plus, each new ING Direct customer that you refer will earn a $25 sign-up bonus when they open their new account, so everybody wins with the ING Direct referral program.
