M&T refuses to pay me the bonus.After 90 days,They claim that my zip code in South Florida does not qualify for this offer.In the meanwhile,they are racking up fees and the account is difficult to close.
Is this still active? I see no mention of a $100 bonus anywhere.

It looks like this offer is not available at this time, and they’ve removed mention of it from their promotional page.
They’ve offered similar promotions on and off again in the past, so it will probably come back at some time in the future.
