The Virtual Bank referral program is currently unavailable.

Here’s the message that they posted in their online account interface within the Refer A Friend program section:

“We are making changes to our Refer a Friend program and are not taking referrals at this time. If you have referred friends in the past, we thank you very much.”

Hopefully, Virtual Bank will make their referral program better than ever, but it’s possible that it may not return either.

As of this comment posting on 2/14/2011, it is not available.

We will post further updates if/when it becomes available again.
