I received the 25 dollar visa card but cannot use it because it ask for a password which I do not have. How

Hello Karen,
The original password for all Wachovia Customer Referral Gift Cards is the last 6 digits of the actual card number itself.
You can login to your account, update account info, or activate your card using that password, but you may be prompted to update your password after the initial login.
Just visit Wachovia.com/GiftCard to register and activate your card.
Select the Customer Referral Gift Card from the 4 card images (the gray one with Thank You from Wachovia written on it), and you’ll be redirected to the card account area.
Then just use the last 6 digits of the card number as the initial password.

I was referred by my father in law on september 8 2009 and I still have not recieved my gift card I was told by the bank it would take 90 days but on the website it says 60 days why is that.

If you have a Wachovia gift card from a previous referral or sign-up bonus, then yes, that card wouldn’t expire until the date given on the card.
However, the Wachovia referral program has otherwise ended, so current and new customers can no longer receive the $25 referral bonus.
