Wells Fargo ATM Receipts Offer $100 Checking Account Bonus

A reader has reported that Wells Fargo ATMs are issuing a $100 bonus coupon on their receipts if you use another bank’s debit card to make a transaction.

If you use another bank’s debit card in one of Wells Fargo’s ATMs, it prompts you for an offer to get $100 when you open a new checking account.

You can then opt to print out the coupon from the Wells Fargo branch ATM and take it inside to use when you open a new checking account.

The Promotional Code ATM100 is associated with this offer, so if you don’t have any luck getting the deal from your local ATM, then you might want to check inside to see if you can qualify for the offer just by providing the promo code in person.

The $100 bonus will be credit to your new account a few weeks after your first direct deposit to the account.

There is a $50 minimum deposit requirement to open your checking account, and you can fund your initial deposit with a credit card if you like.

The reader found this promotion in Fort Worth, TX, so there’s no telling at this point if it is a nationwide deal or not.

I plan to visit my local Wells Fargo ATM soon, so I’ll report back if I receive a promotional offer.

The reader also indicated that there is a standard $50 bonus offer available for a new Wells Fargo checking account with a direct deposit, but I don’t have any further details at this point, so I’m not sure if this is just being offered at select branches as well or if it is a national deal.

I have seen a similar Chase ATM Receipt Bonus in the past, but Chase always offers better deals elsewhere, so they’re not really worth it to pursue.

If you have any further details or you happen to get a similar deal, please feel free to let us know in the comments.

Not everywhere. I always use my debit card from another bank at a wells fargo atm because wells fargo doesn’t charge me an atm fee. I’ve been using the atm for about a year and I don’t see such an offer. The only offer I see is the $50 offer.
