Here’s how to earn your $100 Chase bonus:

1. Visit the Chase $100 Banking Bonus Offer Page and enter your email address to receive a unique $100 promotional coupon.

2. Once you receive your $100 Chase cash bonus coupon by email, visit your local Chase branch or apply online to open a new Chase Checking account by January 15, 2009.

3. To qualify for the $100 Chase bonus, you must open a new Chase Checking account with a minimum opening deposit of $100 of new money not currently held by Chase or its affiliates.

4. Then, within 60 days of opening the checking account, you must initiate a direct deposit from payroll, pension, social security, or other government benefits.

The $100 cash bonus will be deposited into your Chase Checking account within 10 days after the initial direct deposit has been posted to your account.

There is a limit of 1 personal checking account-related award per person per calendar year, and the offer is not available on account conversions or in combination with any other offer.

Your checking account must also remain open for a minimum of 6 months, or the bonus will be debited from the account at closing.

    Hello Peter,

    If you followed the above instructions and requested a code through the email form in the $100 Chase promotional link, the only way your promotional code could be a duplicate is if Chase made some sort of internal mistake when distributing codes.

    I would request another promotional code through the email form link in this article and attempt to apply online or at your local Chase branch again.

    If the promo code is still a duplicate, then you may have to contact Chase customer service for further assistance.

    However, the promo codes provided at the above link should all be unique, as they come directly from Chase and the email form was setup to provide unique codes to all customers.
