Not only is Experian ripping off folks with their "free credit report" and auditing services, now they are marketing under another "protect your identity .com" address.
Worse is the fact that this is the only one of the big three that is virtually unreachable when tryng to lock/unlock your SSN for a simple $10 fee -- a service under law (in most states) that anyone can have from the big three. I've had my SSN locked by them for years, and whenever I need to unlock for a brief window to get credit, Experian is not available to receive my PIN by phone -- Equifax and TransUnion have either automated or live operators to accomplish.
Another suit needs to occur.
