We have a BofA card that was originally an MBNA account and have World Points Reward accumulated and we want to know how we access information on how we can use them. When we try to get info on bankofameric.com no info show up. We have Bof A customers for years and have our account information on line but nothing in regards to this account. We were thinking of putting those points to use but don’t know where to go, please help.

Do you have the MBNA online account info you previously used to access the credit card at MBNA Net access?

If so, you can use that info to login at BofA and then switch your account over.
