I have had u-verse TV which includes Starz and Showtime since 2/3/12. they told me that when I opted for the promotion (U-300) that I would be entitled to 2 $25.00 gift cards after 3 billing cycles. No one told me that I would have to send copies of my bills and I did’nt save the first one, I only have April’s bill and the one I just received. Also there is nowhere on the bill that says I have Starz and Showtime but I assure you I do. What can I do to get my rebate bonus cards?
I subscribed to Dish in March and opted for several movie channel packages including Starz and Showtime. However to receive the promotional package price I had to agree to receive my bills online, and also subscribe to auto pay. I received my first month’s statement by mail but all others have been simply emailed to me. I contacted Dish and was told that they cannot re-print old bills just to send out a paper copy. So does a printout e-bill from Dish count as an “original bill”? This wording is a bit unclear. Could you explain how we are to submit for the rebate in this instance? Thanks.

This has to be the most confusing way to receive rebates. I pulled up Starz and it was very user friendly. Printed rebate offer and will send it as soon as I receive my 3rd month bill. However, Showtime is not set up the same way. Would appreciate a rebate form being sent to me at your earliest convenience.
