I would like to cash in some of my points. I HOPE I DO NOT HAVE TO PUT MY SS NUMBER IN THE COMPUTER. HOW DO I GO ABOUT TO DO THIS????????. THANKS

  4. MaximizingMoney.com - June 2nd, 2008 at 7:38 pm

    Hello Ron,

To redeem your current points, you would login to http://www.Chase.com/Rewards with your current Chase online account login info. If you don’t have a Chase online account for your credit card, then you can create an online user ID and password at http://www.Chase.com/Rewards, and then go on to access your current points balance and redeem them for rewards.

Chase may require some of your personal information to verify your account with them, if you don’t already have an online account, but Chase does provide a secure form when you enter this information, so there shouldn’t be anything to worry about.

I hope this helps, good luck.

    Max

    Hello gilsantoro,

Sorry for the delay in my response, but to view the point bonuses that are available, you have to login at http://WWW.CHASE.COM/REWARDSPLUS using the same Chase online account login information that you use for your credit card.

If you don’t have a Chase login ID and password already, you can create one at http://WWW.CHASE.COM/REWARDSPLUS, and then proceed to view all of the bonus offers that are available.

    Thank you, Max

Instructions for Redeeming Chase Flexible Rewards Points

Here are some additional instructions to login and redeem your Flexible Rewards points.

First, visit the Chase Online Rewards management website, which can be found by clicking on the following link.

Here is an example PDF of the Chase Online Rewards website, so you can see how it looks.

You’ll notice 2 sections that are circled in red and labeled 1 and 2.

In order to login, you will need to have your Chase online account login and password.

If you haven’t already setup an online account with Chase that is connected to your Chase rewards credit card, then click on the button Go, labeled 1 in the example, and you will be able to sign up for Chase online banking.

If you already have an online account with Chase that is connected with your Chase rewards credit card, then enter your user ID and password in the section labeled 2 in the example.

Once you enter your login information, you will be directed to the Rewards Details section.

You can see a PDF example of the Rewards Details section below.

If you click on the Redeem Your Rewards link in the middle of the Rewards Details page, labeled 3 in the example, you will be directed to the rewards redemption section where you can select your rewards.

Those are the basic instructions on how to redeem your rewards points through the http://www.chase.com/rewards website.

If you happen to have a Chase online account, but it’s not connected to your Chase rewards card, then you may not see the Rewards Details page when you login at http://www.chase.com/rewards

If that’s the case, then you’ll have to add your Chase credit card account to your online profile, which can be done in the Customer Center of your online account.

Just go to the Customer Center tab on the top once you login to your Chase online account, then under the My Profile section, select Add Accounts, and it will take you through the process of adding your Chase credit card account to your online profile.

Hopefully, this helps anybody that is having problems redeeming their rewards online, but if there are any other questions, feel free to ask.

    Thank you.

I finally got smart and read all your instructions. My problem was addressed towards the end where you mentioned that maybe the Chase credit card was not connected to the Chase online account. BINGO! That did it for me. Thanks a lot, Max!

Want to use my points for travel. I understood it that you book your travel first and have 4-6 weeks after that to redeem for poionts. Now I see that you may have had to redeem points at time of travel. Is this correct? If so, when did this change?

A few years ago I was able to redeem my points on-line. I recently have tried to log on and cannot get through. I do not know my log in or password since it has been so long. I do not pay on-line nor do I want to pay on-line so consequently I do not want to submit my bank account info or SS number. Please advise me of what I should do to redeem my points since there are no phone numbers to contact rewards redemption. Thank you!

  40. Lorie - September 2nd, 2009 at 1:49 pm

To all of you who are trying to redeem points. Just forget it. It is scam anyway. They aren’t worth the trouble.
Now listen: If you contact the bank in any way or form: Be prepared to have your account payment doubled! Also be prepared to lose any thing over and above your amount due. They are all playing this game. No more credit. No more half way payments on your accounts. It all comes down to you contacting them for anything. Like asking for a new card. Like asking what your interest is: It goes on and on. Just don’t contact them for any reason. Otherwise you will be sorry. sorry, sorry.

I am so discourged by your online rewards site. I have
