New GM Card from Capital One Offers 5% Rebate on First $5,000 Each Year

The new GM Card from Capital One offers a 5% rebate on your first $5,000 in purchases each year, plus 2% unlimited earnings on purchases thereafter with no annual fee.

However, your GM Card earnings are only redeemable toward the purchase or lease of a new Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, or Cadillac vehicle, so this card is really only ideal if you own/lease or plan to own/lease one of those vehicles.

If you do, then this is probably one of the best cash rebate cards available, because the 5% earnings are available on all of your purchases for up to $5,000 in spending each year, unlike the other 5% Rebate Credit Cards that only provide 5% cash back in select categories each quarter.

On top of the 5% earnings, you’ll earn 2% unlimited earnings on all of your purchases after you reach the $5,000 spending limit, and there aren’t too many cards that offer a full 2% rebate on your purchases.

This card also has no annual fee, so if you plan to own or lease a Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, or Cadillac vehicle, this card makes an excellent everyday spending option.

Check out the GM Card to take advantage of these rebates today.

One of the best things about this card is that your earnings never expire and there is no limit to how much you can redeem at one time, so even if you plan on purchasing or leasing a new qualifying vehicle 2 years from now, you can earn as much as you want in the mean time, and then redeem your earnings toward your new GM vehicle when you are ready to buy.

It’s important to note that your earnings may not be used on the purchase of any vehicle sold as a fleet vehicle, or with some private offers and discounted sale programs, such as the GM Employee Purchase Program.

You can, however, stack your earnings on top of your best agreed-upon price and most current GM offers and incentives.

If you plan on purchasing or leasing a qualifying GM vehicle, then consider the Capital One GM Card to help you pay the bills.

So let’s see: I spend 5000 / year to get 250 in rebate. Just in short 56 years it will be enough to buy 14K Chevy Spark. Nice!
