PenFed Premium Travel Rewards American Express Card members will earn 3 points per $1 spent on all dining purchases between February 1st and April 30, 2012.
PenFed just issued a Press Release indicating that all PenFed Premium Travel Rewards American Express Card members can earn 3 points per $1 spent on all dining purchases, instead of the usual 1 point.
This limited-time bonus point offer is in addition to the 5 points on airfare purchases and 1 point on all
