5X Points on Shipping and Advertising
To be eligible to earn 5X points for every $1 of eligible charges on shipping and advertising purchases, you must:
1. Apply for the Business Gold Rewards Card from American Express OPEN using Bonus ID A2FD prior to termination of the offer, but no later than July 24, 2012.
2. Charge eligible purchases on the Business Gold Rewards Card in the first 90 days of card membership.
The bonus points will be credited to your Membership Rewards account within 6 to 8 weeks after the charges for your eligible purchases appear on your billing statement.
This offer is limited to the first $20,000 of spending across both categories per card account.
Existing Business Gold Rewards Card members are not eligible for this offer.

Hmm… what’s the annual fee after the first year? I guess you can just cancel it, but I hate to sign up for a card that I’m just going to cancel.

This card does have an annual fee after the first fee-free year. You can see the current annual fee listed in the above article.
We don’t necessarily recommend signing up for this card if you are just planning on obtaining the bonus and closing the card account within the first year.
There are easier bonus credit card offers to obtain if that is your goal.
However, if you intend to use this card for your business and the rewards, benefits, and features of this card will outweigh the cost of the annual fee for you after the first fee-free year, then this may be a great opportunity, especially considering the current bonus offer.
