Sounds ok, but I see under your google ads that you have a sign up there ? Is this an affiliate where you put a link on your site, or do you actively promote to your circle? Thanks, Barb

I just received my first referral email notice and when I logged in to my account, I didn’t see any referrals showing, it said 0.

Here was the email notification about the referral:

“Congratulations! You have successfully generated a referral for myFICO Refer A Friend Program.

For additional details, please login to your TellAPal page.

Please note: Depending on your reward selection, we may require additional info to fulfill your reward. Please go to your TellAPal page above for fulfillment details.

Rewards are fulfilled on the last day of each month for all confirmed referrals you have generated.”

Since my referrals were showing as 0, I wrote customer service this email:

“I just received an email about generating a referral, but when I log in to my account, it says I’ve earned 0 referral rewards.

    Is that a mistake?

Thank you for your help, much appreciated.”

    Here was their response:

“My apologies for the inconvenience, if the process was followed properly, your reward may be earned but will not show as such. Please keep in mind that your referral was just recently earned and we do require validation of the purchase. Once we get the information from myFICO, your status will change to earned. You should receive your reward mid-March. For future reference, any rewards you have earned for a particular month will be distributed to you within 30 days of the end of that month.

Let me know if you have any additional questions.

It looks like the myFICO referral program is not working at this time, as their referral links have stopped working.

The myFICO referral program was tracked through the affiliate program via CommissionJunction, so since the myFICO affiliate program was closed down at CJ, the referral program links are no longer being tracked properly as far as I can tell.

I’m hoping I will still be paid for any pending referrals, but it looks like you can no longer earn myFICO referral bonuses at this time.
