B&Bs for Vets is offering a free room at bed and breakfast inns for military members on Sunday, November 11, 2012.

Inns and B&Bs throughout North America will welcome active and retired military and vets plus 1 guest.

You can receive a free room if you’ve served in the military on Sunday, November 11, 2012.

Rooms will be reserved quickly, so review the B&Bs for Vets Promotion and the list of participating innkeepers in the U.S. to reserve your room while space is available.

Instructions for Vets:

1. Vets should contact the inns and B&Bs directly to reserve your room.

2. Rooms are complimentary for Sunday, November 11, 2012, for vets plus 1 guest (most rooms accommodate 2 guests only).

3. Proof of veteran status may be requested.

4. No fees will be charged for a reserved 1-night veteran’s stay, but a credit card may be required to book your stay.

Please note that a credit card or cash may be accepted for add-ons and additional nights, and while policies vary from inn to inn, the full rate may be charged if the complimentary room night is not occupied or not canceled in a timely manner according to the inn’s standard reservation practices or cancellation period set for this special event.

Please be considerate if your plans change, as most inns will have a waiting list for the complimentary rooms, and a proper cancellation will always be filled with a fellow deserving vet.
