Expedia has good prices, but if you ever need help due to travel issues, they will not help you. Their customer service is absolutely worthless. I will never book with them again. I booked a non-smoking room (clearly the receipt states this). The hotel does not honor, hotel takes my money, and Expedia will do nothing about it. At least AmEx has a backbone.
