Wyndham Rewards $20 Cash Back for 2 Stays Details
To qualify for up to $60 cash back in the form of a Visa gift card, you must complete the following:
1. Register at wyndhamrewards.com/cash or 1-866-996-7937.
2. Complete 2 stays at participating hotels in the Wyndham Rewards program at a qualifying rate with arrival dates from September 15th to November 18, 2011.
3. Complete an online redemption form.
Members will qualify to receive a $20 Visa gift card after your 2nd qualifying stay, after your 4th qualifying stay, and after your 6th qualifying stay within the promotional period.
Member stays with check-out dates after November 22, 2011, will not be counted toward the promotion.
An email address provided by the member will be required for participation in this promotion.
Members will receive an email with instructions to redeem the $20 Visa card each time you qualify.
Each registered member can earn up to 3 $20 Visa cards only.
You should allow 2 to 3 weeks after completion of stays for the notification email to be sent.
You must complete the Visa card online redemption form within 60 days of receipt of the notification email, and you should then allow an additional 3 to 4 weeks from completion of the online redemption form to receive the Visa card in the mail.

I do not seem to be able to find the redemption form to claim the $20.00 Visa card reward? How do u get it if the form is not available?
Hello Norma,
You should receive an email with instructions to redeem the $20 bonus card within 2 to 3 weeks after you qualify for the promotion.
You must complete the online redemption form within 60 days of receipt of the notification email, and you should then allow an additional 3 to 4 weeks from completion of the online redemption form to receive the bonus card in the mail.
So once you qualify, you should then wait to receive the email notification to access your claim form.
