Prosper Peer Lending Network 2% Cash Back for Current Investors through November 30, 2012

The Prosper peer-to-peer lending network is offering a 2% cash back bonus to current investors who transfer funds and invest in notes through November 30, 2012.

You’ll earn 2% cash back on all new funds transferred onto the platform and invested in Notes with a Prosper Rating of AA, A, B, or C through November 30th.

This offer is exclusive to current Prosper investors, and the promotion was sent out to investors via email.

If you didn’t receive an email about this promotion, you are still eligible as long as you are a current Prosper investor, and you may contact Prosper in order to confirm access to the offer before you participate.

The promotional period for this offer begins October 23, 2012, at 12 PM Pacific Time, and finishes on November 30, 2012, at 11:59 PM Pacific Time.

Rebates will be calculated as the lesser of 2% of the amount invested in Notes with a Prosper Rating of AA, A, B, or C during the promotional period, or 2% of the amount transferred onto the platform during the promotional period.

All rebates will be paid by December 31, 2012, and investments in Notes with a Prosper Rating of AA, A, B, or C will only be eligible if the corresponding loans are funded before the payout date.

Investments through the Folio Trading Platform are not eligible.

Invested funds can only qualify for 1 cash back promotion, and in the event that a given investment qualifies for more than 1 such promotion, the investment will count toward each qualification threshold, if applicable, and the lender will be paid the highest available rebate amount.
