Prosper Cash Back Rebate Amounts
Invest between $30,000 and $50,000 and receive a 1.5% cash rebate on the whole investment amount. For example, an investment of $30,000 during the promotional period would result in a $450 cash rebate.
Invest between $50,000 and $100,000 and receive a 2.0% cash rebate on the whole investment amount. For example, an investment of $50,000 during the promotional period would result in a $1,000 cash rebate.
All investments beyond $100,000 will qualify for a 4% cash rebate, in addition to 2% on the first $100,000. For example, a qualifying investment of $150,000 during the promotional period would result in a $4,000 rebate.
Investments of $250,000 or more will be awarded warrants equal to 1 common share per $10 invested. You must meet the definition of an Accredited Investor under SEC rules to be eligible to receive warrants. The purchase price on warrants will equal the fair market value of a common share of Prosper Marketplace, Inc. at the time of the grant.
Prosper Promotional Terms
The promotional period for this offer will start on January 10, 2011, and finish on February 28, 2011.
All rebates will be paid by March 31, 2011.
Only bids placed during the promotional period that become funded Notes before the payout date will be considered as qualified invested funds.
Invested funds can only qualify for 1 promotion; in the event that a given investment qualifies for 2 different promotions, the lender will be paid the higher of the 2 promotions.
