TradeKing Refer-a-Friend Program Eligibility Requirements

Both the referrer and referred friend must reside in the U.S. to be eligible for the Refer-a-Friend reward.

The referrer must have a qualifying investment account in good standing.

You must have a non-retirement account. Account types that don’t qualify include: Traditional IRA, ROTH IRA, Rollover IRA, SEP IRA, Simple IRA, Solo 401K, and Coverdell IRA.

The referred new customer must belong to a household that is not already known to TradeKing. A household is defined as 1 physical mailing address.

Payment of the $100 referral rewards will be made within 90 days when the following requirements are fulfilled:

1. The new referred client funds account with a minimum of $1,000 within 30 days of new account opening.

2. The new referred client executes 1 trade in the new account within 180 days.

3. The minimum funds of $1,000 must remain in the account (minus any trading losses) for a minimum of 180 days, or the $100 credit may be surrendered.

The referred cannot use a promotion code when opening his or her account.

Referral bonuses must remain in your account for 180 days following payment.
