I can’t find ANY Wendy’s That sell them or have even heard of them, and I can’t find anywhere to buy them online….I live in central/northeastern ohio

This offer may not be available nationwide, but hopefully, it will become available at more locations in the future.
I also could not find any mention of the offer on Wendy’s website, but the offer was available at my local Wendy’s restaurant in Southeastern Wisconsin.
I do know that other customers have reported this offer being available at different locations across the U.S., but I’m not sure of specifically where it might be available or how to find out.
I believe that the offer first ran in 2011 and now again is available in 2012, but there doesn’t seem to be a specific resource for information about the program.

I had this frosty keychain in 2010, but didn’t see it last year. I live in D/FW, TX. I’m checking my local Wendy’s this weekend.
