I shop at my local Big Lots all the time, I love the rewards club. I’ve had great luck and help from pleasant workers there as well. No complaints at all. Everyone is helpful and so are the rewards.

    Thank you

I love shopping at Big Lots but I do have to travel at least 45 mins or more to get to the nearest ones. Would love the 20% off for a larger purchase I want to make. Thank you for your assistance.

I have about 5 qualifying purchases when I reach the ten purchases I will receive 20% off. I want to know if that is 20% off entire purchase or 20% per item on my entire purchase? There is a difference… Can anyone please let me know… Thank you… =)

  14. MaximizingMoney.com - December 9th, 2011 at 11:55 am

    Hello Shikibaby,

When you reach the 10 purchases, you will receive 20% off an entire future purchase, and not just 1 item.

    Hope this helps. Max

I made my 10th purchase on 11-27-2011 and had til 2-20-12 to get my 20% off on an entire purchase. I was in the hospital until yesterday and was so anxious to get to the Big Lots store to buy a fold-up futon as I need it for a future operation. The Big Lots in Strongsville, Ohio said my points weren’t in the computer – even though I had my receipt from 11-27-11. I then went to the Big Lots at 6282 Pearl Road and was told the same thing. The employees are unable to do anything on-line or with the computer = even though they see that I’m eligible by my receipt. They try to give me a song and dance that maybe someone else used my card – which is totally untrue. The card is always with me. The expiration date is coming up and I need some valid proof. I don’t see any phone numbers to talk to a human being. I’m 79 years old and luckily, know how to use a computer. How does Big Lots expect other senior citizens without computers to find out their rewards?

I’m very disappointed. I am on a limited income and many purchases were way over $20.

Your reputation is on the line here. Send me a phone number.

I went to this website [Oct.22,12] to see how many Qualifying Purchases I have made to earn a 20% discount off a future purchase. I had just went shopping at Biglots (Oct 18th)and spent $37.67. My receipt says prior to this purchase you have 0 Qualifying Purchases. The last numbers on my card is # 822302. Trans:2558, Store# (01891), of ($37.67) on Oct.18,12. I should have at least 6 Trans: of $20, or more. What is going on here with this? I can’t even check Biglots Rewards anymore to see how many $20s I have spent. Please help me with feedback on this. Thank you. Jean Williams

i shopped two different biglots in the same day, how come i can’t get reward credit for each purchase?

  32. ann - May 17th, 2013 at 2:18 pm

Hi! After coming home from BIGLOTTS today, I was looking at the bottom of my receipt and saw where it says “The Buss club Rewards card used for this purchase was not linked to a customer.” What is going on? I don’t always look at the bottom of the receipt. I wonder how often this has happen in the past. I never changed cards. Please let me know what is the problem. Thanks!
