If you renewed a BJ’s Wholesale Club membership between October 1, 2000, and June 30, 2013, you could get a voucher for in-store purchases or a 1-month BJ’s membership from this class action lawsuit settlement.
Supposedly, BJ’s breached customer contracts or unfairly profited by starting renewed memberships on the date the original membership expired rather than the date the membership was renewed.
The settlement provides current BJ’s members with $2.5 million in vouchers that may be used to purchase products in BJ’s stores and former BJ’s members with 1-month membership passes.
Just visit this BJ’s Class Action Settlement Website to submit your online claim form and participate.
