With proof of purchase, you may claim $3 per pack of Duracell Ultra Batteries for up to 4 packs (a total of up to $12).
Without proof of purchase, you may claim $3 per pack of Duracell Ultra Batteries for up to 2 packs (a total of up to $6).
Payments will be made per household/address, and only 1 payment will be provided to each household/address, regardless of the number of people living or located at that address.
You must Submit Your Claim Form online by April 10, 2014, in order to participate.
Supposedly, Duracell falsely advertised and marketed their Duracell Ultra Batteries.
