Kashi and Bear Naked Class Action Settlement for California Residents with No Proof Required

California residents who purchased certain Kashi products between August 24, 2007, and May 1, 2014, and/or certain Bear Naked products between September 21, 2007, and May 1, 2014, may be entitled to up to $25 from Kashi and up to $10 from Bear Naked with no proof of purchase required.

Allegedly, they marketed their products as being “natural,” although they did include some synthetic and artificial ingredients.

In order to participate in the settlement, you must Submit Your Claim Form Online by August 25, 2014.

For Kashi class members, you can get $0.50 for each product purchased with a $25 maximum if you don’t have proof of purchase (no maximum with proof of purchase).

For Bear Naked class members, you can get $0.50 for each product purchased with a $10 maximum if you don’t have proof of purchase (no maximum with proof of purchase).

There are a ton of products from both Kashi and Bear Naked that are included in the lawsuit, which you can review when submitting your claim online.

If you live in California and purchased Kashi and/or Bear Naked products since 2007, submit your claim for this class action lawsuit settlement with no proof of purchase required.

      Hello Daviona,

Once you enter your name and address on the first page of the online claim form, you should see the option between filing with or without proof of purchase.

You then select the no proof of purchase option, and they do not require any type of proof to be submitted.

I went through the entire process to test it, and I do not see that they ask you for any proof of purchase at any point as long as you select the “without proof of purchase” option.

Could you please tell me where you saw this requirement during the process?

      See below for more details:
