California residents who purchased certain Kashi products between August 24, 2007, and May 1, 2014, and/or certain Bear Naked products between September 21, 2007, and May 1, 2014, may be entitled to up to $25 from Kashi and up to $10 from Bear Naked with no proof of purchase required.
Allegedly, they marketed their products as being “natural,” although they did include some synthetic and artificial ingredients.
In order to participate in the settlement, you must Submit Your Claim Form Online by August 25, 2014.
For Kashi class members, you can get $0.50 for each product purchased with a $25 maximum if you don’t have proof of purchase (no maximum with proof of purchase).
For Bear Naked class members, you can get $0.50 for each product purchased with a $10 maximum if you don’t have proof of purchase (no maximum with proof of purchase).
