Supposedly, Kellogg falsely advertised that its Mini-Wheats cereal improved kids’ cognitive functions.
Even though Kellogg denied the claim, a settlement was reached for $4 million, and you can now get up to $15 if you purchased Kellogg’s Frosted Mini-Wheats.
Don’t worry if you didn’t save the receipt, because no proof of purchase is required to submit your claim online.
Just submit your Claim Form online at CerealSettlement.com to receive $5 per box of Kellogg’s Mini-Wheats purchased between January 28, 2008, and October 1, 2009.
You may not make a claim for more than 3 boxes purchased.
You can get $5 per box of Frosted Mini-Wheats purchased, with a total recovery of $15 for the purchase of up to 3 boxes.
Plus, if the total claims are less than the amount of money available to pay them, then valid claims will be increased up to 3 times the original value of the claim for a total potential recovery of up to $45 per class member.
All Claim Forms must be postmarked or submitted online no later than November 29, 2013.
