Personal Experiences with Small Business Saturday
I participated in the initial Small Business Saturday in 2010, and the only difficulty in my town was finding a small business that accepts American Express cards.
Some small businesses don’t accept AMEX, so make sure you call ahead before you start driving around your town like I did.
However, once I did find a merchant, they were aware of the Small Business Saturday promotion and were thankful for American Express running this bonus offer.
