      I signed up for AT&T’s UVerse Bundle which was installed on Nov. 14, 2012 – a year ago.
      I was told I would get $100 Visa award card after it was installed.
      I called ATT today (11/13/13) and advised I had NOT received my $100. (Appears because I never submitted — and never was able to go online to check billings)
      They told me rebate had expired and best AT&T could do was for me to contact Startzrebate/ATT and they would give me a $50 rebate. FYI I have Plan U300.
      Can you help me ????

    I had a person form your company contact me today I have tried to call the number back but can only reach a recording. I was told because I have been a member for so long that I would be getting your three premiere channels for three months free. I would get the first month on my bill for free. I would be sent today a check for $25.00. That I would apply to pay for the next two months billing. This way there would be no charge to me. She told me at the end of the conversation that I had to go to this website to get the $25.00 issued. I went to the web site. I was told nothing about having to send copies of my bills nor that I would have to actually have to sign up for the premium channels. Therefore since I can not contact you by telephone I am letting you know by this e mail that I do not want to participate in this promotion. Please do not turn on the premium channels as I am not going to sign up for them. Next time I would appreciate it if your reprehensive explains the whole offer.
