Instarem works well. The updates on your transactions are a bit slow but with offers and discounts it is cheaper. Also, compared to Remitly, their pricing is transparent. The pricing is directly sourced form Reuters and reuters pricing is updated with a delay of 15 minutes so you can see the trend of you currency before you send the money.
