If you bought Organix hair care or skin care products at any time on or after October 25, 2008, then you may be entitled to receive up to $28 in compensation from this class action lawsuit settlement.
Supposedly, the packaging and advertising for Organix misled consumers to believe that the products are wholly organic, which they are not.
As a result, consumers who purchased Organix brand hair care and skin care products can receive compensation from this settlement.
No proof of purchase is required to submit a claim, so even if you didn’t save your receipts, you can still file a claim and receive compensation.
You must Submit an Online Claim Form for this Organix class action settlement by March 17, 2014.
You’ll receive $4 for each product that you purchased for up to 7 products or a total of $28 per class member.
You may submit only 1 claim form, and 2 people cannot submit claim forms for the same purchases.
The interesting part is that you qualify as a class member if you purchased at least 1 Organix hair care or skin care product on or after October 25, 2008, with no end date provided, so technically, it seems like you could go purchase an Organix product today to qualify as a claim member.
I’m not sure if that is true or not, but it seems to be the case.
The court will hold a hearing on March 27, 2014, to decide whether to approve the settlement, and if there are no appeals or other delays, you should receive your cash payment by approximately July 2014.
File your claim for the Organix class action lawsuit settlement to get up to $28 in compensation.
