If you do not have a receipt or proof of purchase, you can attest to buying 1 to 50 products to receive $10, 51 to 75 products to receive $15, 76 to 100 products to receive $20, or 101 or more products to receive $25. With receipts or proof of purchase, you are entitled to receive 2% of the total cost of the weighted goods and bagged citrus products purchased for up to a cap of $500. File claim by deadline on June 5, 2024.
2. Panera Bread Delivery Prices Class Action Settlement – Receive $19 Voucher or $12 Cash Settlement – If you placed an order for delivery on the Panera app and/or the Panera website between October 1, 2020, and August 31, 2021, you are eligible to receive 2 vouchers for 1 free item from Panera’s “Soups & Mac” menu (each voucher is valued at $9.50 for a total of $19), or you can opt to receive a $12 cash payment via PayPal or Venmo. File claim by deadline on June 10, 2024.
3. Broiler Chicken Class Action Settlement – Receive Cash Settlement with No Proof Required – If you purchased fresh or frozen raw chicken, whole cut-up birds purchased within a package, or “white meat” parts including breasts and wings, but excluding chicken that is marketed as halal, kosher, free range, or organic from Fieldale, George’s, Mar-Jac, Peco, Pilgrim’s Pride or Tyson while a resident of California, Florida, Hawaii, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, Wisconsin or the District of Columbia, you are eligible to claim a yet-to-be-determined cash settlement. File claim by deadline on June 30, 2024.
4. Suave Deodorant Class Action Settlement – Receive $9.87 Cash Settlement with No Proof Required – If you purchased Suave 24-Hour Protection Powder Aerosol Antiperspirant and Suave 24-Hour Protection Fresh Aerosol Antiperspirant products between January 1, 2018, and March 7, 2024, you may claim $3.29 per purchased product for up to 3 products per household ($9.87 total) with no proof of purchase required. With proof of purchase, you may receive a full refund of the price paid for each covered product. File claim by deadline on July 15, 2024.
5. Seresto Tick and Flea Collar Class Action Settlement – Receive $26 Cash Settlement with No Proof Required – If you purchased any Seresto product at any time before July 23, 2024, you may receive $13 per collar purchased for up to a maximum of $26 per pet with no proof of purchase required, or you can receive $13 per collar purchased with no limits if you have proof of purchase. File claim by deadline on July 23, 2024.
6. Real Estate Seller Fee Class Action Settlement – Receive Cash Settlement for Home Sellers – If you listed a house that was sold on an MLS (Multiple Listing Service) in the U.S.A. and paid a real estate brokerage commission as a part of the process of selling the house, you may be eligible to receive a cash payout if you sold your house during a qualifying date range. File claim by deadline on May 9, 2025.
