How To Submit Claim for Pocket Hose Settlement
You must Submit Your Claim Form online by June 20, 2014, in order to participate.
To qualify for monetary compensation, you must have purchased for personal consumption, and not for re-sale, 1 or more units of the Pocket Hose in the United States, its territories, or at any United States military facility or exchange between November 6, 2009, and January 30, 2014.
There is a limit of 1 claim form per person, and, if you do not return any alleged defective product and/or a receipt evidencing purchase, there is a limit of 1 $6 refund per household.
How Much You Can Receive
1. If you return the product to the Settlement Administrator and provide a copy of the receipt for the purchase, you can receive a total of $20 per unit purchased, for up to the total amount of units purchased that are returned with a valid receipt.
2. If you provide a copy of the receipt for the purchase, but do not return the product, you can receive a total of $12 per unit purchased, for up to the total amount of units for which you have a valid receipt.
3. If you neither return the product nor provide a valid receipt, but you substantiate your claim by submitting a claim form under penalty of perjury, you can receive a total of $6.
The court will hold a final approval hearing on August 14, 2014, although appeals could further delay when you will receive your compensation.
