You’ll get your $25 Walgreens gift card when you purchase a transferred prescription (except from another Walgreens).

Customers who have redeemed a Walgreens prescription offer in the last 6 months are not eligible for this offer.

You must be at least 60 years old to use this coupon in New Jersey or at least 65 in Arkansas, and this offer is not valid for prescriptions purchased in New York or Massachusetts or for the purchase of controlled substances in Louisiana.

Not valid with Medicare, Medicaid, or any other governmental programs or where prohibited by law.

Rite Aid $50 Prescription Transfer Bonuses

Print out both of the Rite Aid $25 Prescription Bonus Offer Coupons and present the coupons when you transfer prescriptions at a participating Rite Aid to receive up to $50 worth of Rite Aid gift cards by April 30, 2009.

You’ll get your $25 Rite Aid gift cards when you purchase a transferred prescription that was not previously filled at or transferred from other Rite Aid locations.

There is a limit of 1 coupon per prescription transfer and and a maximum of 2 coupons per customer.

The Rite Aid prescription transfer coupon must be submitted and your insurance card shown when requesting the prescription transfer.

This offer is not valid if you have redeemed a Rite Aid prescription offer in the last 6 months.

Not valid in New York, and only valid in New Jersey for citizens who are 60 years or older.

    Note that most pharmacies such as Rite Aid don’t let you use those gift cards towards prescriptions. I think that is ridiculous.

    Beware of the Walgreen’s 2012 online Rx transfer $25 gift card promotion. The Walgreens website states the the promotion restricts patients covered under a federally subsidized insurance program, such as Medicare Part D or Medicaid. Turns out that state employees are considered ineligible because a state government receives federal subsidy.
