There are many other ongoing class action settlements available right now, which are generally available to specific consumers in select states who have proof available to verify your purchases, and although we don’t post them all here, you can check out the free services listed below that will help you find more class action lawsuits for which you qualify.

What Are Class Action Lawsuit Settlements?

Class Action Lawsuit Settlements offer consumers reimbursements from businesses that have settled class action suits that were brought against them.

A class action lawsuit may be filed against a business by consumer organizations on behalf of consumers for many reasons, including misleading advertising, faulty products, or some other type of misrepresentation.

Businesses will usually settle these representative actions by offering some type of reimbursements to the affected consumers in the form of checks, coupons, rebates, or otherwise.

How Can I Participate in Class Action Lawsuit Settlements?

In most cases, the consumer must submit an online claim form to receive the distributions.

Sometimes, you must provide proof of purchase in the form of a receipt showing that you were in fact an affected consumer.

Other settlements do not require that you have any proof of purchase, and any qualified consumer can simply submit a claim form to receive your reimbursements from the settlement.

    A few years ago there was a law suite against those sketchers shoes , I brought a pair wore them for about a month and then one day I notice my left foot had a bone sticking out on the side of my feet. Had to get an x-ray had a hair line fracture which was cause by me wearing those shoes. I still have the shoes but haven” t wore them for 5 years . I kept just because of there being a suite against these shoes. I filed but never heard any more from any lawyers Can I still file a claim against these products I paid at least 45-50$ for these shoes. these were the boat style walking shoes. I would still like to file I there is a lawyer. Let try. Thanks Ms. Lisa G. of Lexington, Ky ;

      Unfortunately no, a bone sticking out the side of your foot would be from many long years of wearing shoes too small causing the hairline fracture. A bone fracture (sometimes abbreviated FRX or Fx, Fx, or #) is a medical condition in which there is a damage in the continuity of the bone. A bone fracture may be the result of high force impact or stress, or a minimal trauma injury as a result of certain medical conditions that weaken the bones, such as osteoporosis, bone cancer, or osteogenesis imperfecta, where the fracture is then properly termed a pathologic fracture. Thus not caused by wearing a sketchers brand shoe.

      You have to keep the website/info/1-800 number and follow up if you want to know the status. These things take months and often, years. And, usually only get a few bucks.

      MY ISSUE:
      So, I am looking at this automotive settlement…. and see that I am in a state that is “eligible for non-monetary settlement only”! SO, is there in ANY benefit in registering? I was going to upload my title and docs, but then saw I won’t be getting a check. Seems to be a waste of time! What could I possibly be awarded? A spark plug? A coupon?
