Festival Foods grocery stores in Wisconsin offer a survey on their grocery receipts that can save you 5% off your next visit when you share feedback about your shopping experience.
After you pay for your groceries from Festival Foods, check the bottom of your receipt to see if you have been issued a survey promotion.
You can then visit www.myfestivalvisit.com within 3 days of your shopping trip to complete the survey.
There is a 14-day code printed on your receipt that you must enter to begin your survey.
The survey takes less than 5 minutes and includes basic questions about your shopping experience at Festival Foods.
Once you complete the survey, you’ll receive a validation code that you must write on your receipt.
You can then redeem your receipt with the validation code within 30 days to receive a 5% discount off your next trip.
The 5% discount applies to your entire grocery purchase on your next trip.
However, the 5% discount is not valid on alcohol, tobacco, or services.
You may receive a discount other than the 5% discount, as it may vary between different customers.
You may very well be able to get a new survey upon each visit as well, so that you can perpetually get the 5% discount on your Festival groceries.
Festival associates and immediate family members are not eligible for the survey.

I’ve seen many of these receipt survey discounts from fast-food restaurants, but this is the first time I’ve seen one from a grocery store.

I love the variety and also the cleanliness. The 10% off all in grocery bag from meat dept is very appreciated, plus love the Health foods, bulk bin items, and non food earth friendly choices like JASON, MRS MEYER, 7th Generation and more. Vegan/plant based protein choices very good too as we are a “house divided” so to speak on the subject of animal/plant protein. Glad to have a large variety of choices…thank you.

I sent you a message a few days ago about getting %5 off my next visit and I am still waiting for a reply. I was told, at the store, that I have to spend $75.00 to get the discount.
