I never received a referral code. Sent a message to inquire about it due to someone wanting to sign up and received a response telling me that I am not eligible at this time. I have had the account for a year and I do not have a negative balance. The customer service rep stated she could not tell me the exact parameters surrounding what qualifies an account. I agree with the statement above that maybe it has to do with how recent your use is with the account, but I was using the account frequently until towards the end of the year, when business slowed, however I never received any information regarding being eligible for a referral.

Heads up for those doing referrals. I had this account for the referral program and Found shutdown my referral ability. I only used the account for referrals. They said something to the effect of “if you use the account we will reinstate you” but they would not define what “use” meant to them.

Only time I’ve ever been shutdown for referrals. Make some fake activity and you should be fine.
