Yes, impossible to figure out on the web. I ended up calling the number on the back of the SWA Chase credit card, and they said they could do it by phone. Yay for the phone and real live human beings to have a conversation with. Smoke rings are cool to!
Good luck!
How do I sign up for this SW Air 17 promotion? Looks like a lot of people cannot access it either!
Is this a valid offer?

Thank you, Jeff. So glad you enjoy it.
Is there something that I can do? I applied for a chase credit card in order to get 50 000 points. I had that credit card about 3 months ago but cancelled it to get the incentives again. I did not see that it was for new card holder. I called them and they told me that I would get the incentives and I had to keep on spending $2000. Then, once I reached $2000 they told me that I would not get the 50 000 points and would not refund me the annual fee of $69.
thank you
