How Arrived Real Estate Investing Works

Browse Available Properties: Once you register for your free Arrived account, you simply browse their available properties, with each rental home or vacation rental being pre-vetted for their investment potential.

Types of Investment Properties: Arrived offers 2 types of properties at this time, including Single Family Residences that are leased for 12-24 months and are unfurnished, and Vacation Rentals that are furnished short-term rentals available to travelers on platforms like Airbnb and VRBO.

Select Property to Invest: When you find a property that you want to invest in, you then determine how much money you want to invest, starting from $100 and going up to approximately $20,000 per house, and then select your number of shares (10 shares equals $100).

Arrived Real Estate $50 Sign-Up Bonus

In order to be eligible for the $50 Arrived sign-up bonus, you must apply a referral code from a current user during your Arrived account registration, or you can enter the referral code after you have registered and connected your bank account, but before you place your first trade. You can find a referral link with the referral code embedded posted on Reddit.

When you join Arrived and enter a referral code from a current user, you will receive a $50 bonus credit to apply toward your first real estate investment on the Arrived platform.

You can enter the referral code either during your initial registration, or after you register and connect your bank account, but before you complete your first trade.

To apply your Arrived referral code after you have already registered, go to your name in the upper right-hand corner, click “My Account,” click “Redeem Referral Code,” and then enter the referral code from the referrer and click the “Submit” button.

Although you can retroactively apply a referral code after you have created your Arrived account and connected your bank account, a referral code cannot be applied if a trade has already been made (unless you only have canceled trades).

Once you have applied the referral code to your Arrived account, you can then invest in your first property, and during checkout, it will give you the option to apply your referral credit toward your first investment.

With a $100 minimum investment for 10 shares of a property ($10 per share), you will pay only $50 for your first investment of 10 shares, or you can get $50 off the price of any amount of shares that you purchase for your first property.

In order to be eligible to earn the referral bonus, you must activate your Arrived account, pass all Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering checks, and verify and link your bank account with your Arrived account.

Although the referral credits are usually applied immediately after you link your bank account with Arrived, they may take up to 30 days after the completion of any KYC or verification checks that may be performed.

Arrived “Give $50, Get $50” Referral Program

The Arrived Referral Program is not currently available to new users, as it is only available to people who had already invested in at least 1 Arrived rental property at the time of the referral program launch, although it may be opened back up to new users in the future.

When a current Arrived member refers a new member using a unique referral code, both members will receive a $50 bonus credit when the new user completes registration and links a bank account.

The new Arrived user must either enter the referral code during account registration, or enter the code after registering and linking a bank account, but before placing a first trade.

Once the new user registers for an Arrived account and links their bank account with Arrived, the $50 bonus will be applied to both user’s accounts.

The new user (referee) can redeem the $50 bonus credit toward their first investment property on the Arrived platform, while the current user (referrer) can redeem the $50 bonus credit toward their next investment property.

Although there is no limit to how many people you can refer to Arrived, only 1 referral credit may be applied per share purchase.

If a referral credit is not used within 1 year of being issued, it will expire and be removed from your Arrived account.
