I just started using GROUNDFLOOR so I don’t have much to say. Sign-up was super simple, and the only requirements for the $50 bonus are to link a bank, usually done via PLAID (login credentials of your bank), and then fund with $10.

It says can’t be redeemed as cash but if it’s an investment thing then eventually you can turn it into cash right ? How do we turn it into cash and is there a wait period before we can cash it out like 90 days or something how can we get it into our bank

You must first invest the bonus money into any individual property loan or secured promissory note on the Groundfloor platform, and then once the investment is paid back to you, you can cash out the bonus money to your bank account.
You can find individual property loans with various payout terms from 1-12 months, and in my experience, many loans are paid off early, so you’ll probably get your bonus money paid back to you sooner rather than later.
Plus, you’ll earn some interest on your investment in the mean time, and then you can cash out to your bank account once you are paid back.
