I’ve invested in Lex and the sign-up process was dirt-simple (though you may have to wait a bit before you make your way through the waitlist). At present, they only have a few properties in their pipeline, so their investment options are dramatically less developed than, say, Groundfloor, but so far it’s been easier to uses than Groundfloor.
