Stopped in at the White Castle on a 23-mile road in Selby Twp. You still can’t dine in and I am getting tired of eating cold food by the time I get it home. Aside from that, the people in the drive-through were nice and friendly. White Castle burgers have that great one-of-a-kind taste, but not when they are cold. Please open your Dining room. P.S. You gave me an extra burger so I guess I owe you a dollar on my next visit.

oh hell yes I’m going to leave a reply!!!!!!!! that castle down on forth street in Covington you need too shut that place down! my husband and I go there every single morning, first the coffee is Never Hot! my husband said Larry the manager told him the batteries are likely bad well that is NOT the customers fault, get it fixed! Then second thing we try every now and then too go thru the drive thru in the evenings for a meal, Friday around 7:30 pm I got a number 2 after seeing that NOBODY I seen working that night was even wearing the mask correct hanging down under their noses so yes get germs in my food please!!!!!! then I get the number two go too take the burgers out BOTH had the bottom bun soaked so bad you could not take the burger out of the box!!!!!! NASTY!!!!!!!!!!!! so I put the window down and they went out the window to the ground! I will NEVER order anything from this location after 11:00 AM any longer!!!!!!!!!!! if it was up too me I’d never buy a single thing from this location again!!!!!!!! my husband give them a chance hell with that fix your problems, fix the equipment!!!!!!!!!!

Went to white castle 10/8/2020. White castle #050040. Sale# 58639337. Tm #979. Thur 03:51:49. Order 2 DL cheeseburgers & onion rings. My onion rings throw in bag and they was over cook….very disappointed!. I love white castle. Midnight shift.with only 2 ppl. 2 cars 20 min wait.smh

Have been raised with White Castles for 60+ years! When the crave hits you have to get them! My youngest son lives in Chicago and every time that I visit he requests the crave case! Just the right size and when I need more comfort food I get them with cheese! Good to the last bite!!!

I tryed the sloppy Joe sliders. I had (3) with reg cheese & (3) with jalapeno cheese. They all were excellent. I would buy them again. I also think they need alittle more sloppy joe on them.

This sims like this was your first time doing the survey, I had the same similar road block, but the internet doesn’t come with an instruction book on how to go from here to there, which can be very difficult to older folks like me.
First’ find the correct site. ( with 2 free hamburgers)
Second, go to the portion that tells you (how to complete the survey)
Third’ go to #2 where it says phone # and (repeats the web address) “like on the receipt.” IT’S IN GREEN PRINT. CLICK THAT !!!
Fourth, this will bring you to a pop up window which “IS” the survey.

White Castle are liars. Got a survey receipt. Went to the site. it referred to another White Castle web site. and gave me a “This Virtual Directory does not allow contents to be listed.” So I called the number of the receipt to do the survey. I Entered the survey code as asked. Then asked to enter the “sales code”. Which does not exist. I entered all the numbers on the receipt. Requiring many calls. No go. I was given a number to call if there was a problem. That number gave me a long run-around ending in they were now closed and to call back. The call started with “Your call is important to us”. Yeah, right. I’ve gone to White Castle since 1954. I now take my large family there. Not anymore. I’ll never go in one again. My family knows my values. They won’t either. It would be a better world if everyone stopped doing business with companies who are awful at the core. A good way to put America back on track. If only Americans were more people than sheep. Shame on you White Castle.

I recently purchased three boxes of your White Castle Slider for my children at Family Dollar. The box showed there was cheese on your Sliders. This is why my children asked me to buy your product. When we opened the box there was no cheese, they were plain. My family considers your picture and your product to be “false advertising”. The box-cover picture should not show cheese on each Slider if your product isn’t the same. My daughter told me to trash your burgers because she wanted cheese, as the box indicated!
