I go to store 335766 and aways get a HOT decaf. It’s been getting worse. It says on the cup DO NOT MICROWAVE but the coffee is always tepid. If I’m going home I do microwave it. I have a feeling that a lot of coffee is poured and just waiting for someone to ask for sugar. Not happy with this store.

free donut doesn’t work, new app really stinks I use to get my frozen large hot chocolate for 200 points now I was told it would be 900 points. went to our D.D. the people working there have know clue on how the old app. worked and now really screwed up over how the new one works. I saw where it said you can get your whole breakfast free, it showed the sandwhich, donut,muffin everything and one drink, but thats false you can only get one free item with drink. my daughter just texted me and said she hates the new app. they took her free drink and gave her points that won’t get her a free drink. I guess it was fun while it lasted. I might get 1 or 2 free drinks a year if I’m lucky

We used to visit this Dunkin and had to leave, because the coffee was undesirable. We decided to try again, after a visit to Crystal Run Health Care. There was a person of color behind the counter, who filled our order. We were pleasantly surprised, not only was the coffee delicious, but he was pleasant and greeted us warmly. This gentleman should be recognized for turning this location around. This was our third visit and the same result. Friendly people delicious coffee. We will not take advantage of the free offer, for our intent is to hopefully have this gentleman recognized for his efforts.

Dunkinrunsonyou.com promo replacing previous free donut is a scam! Prior surveys as noted above gave you a numbered code at the end of the survey for a free donut with the purchase of a medium drink. Then they gave you a 15″ digit number if you did not utilize your phone for verification. Most DD clerks had no idea of what I would present to them.
Now, you fill out the survey on dunkinrunsonyou.com and they just leave you hanging-no code, no email NOTHING!
Let’s face it, the only way I would eat a DD donut is if it was free as they suck. No need to ever patronize these crooks again! DunkinrunsonSHIT.com

Stopped by my Fountain, CO DD on the way home today and decided to use my T-Mobile Tuesdays free drink code. I don’t usually frequent DD but was very pleased with my free medium iced latte. I go to the Dunkin in Fresh Medows twice a day for the last few years. I go thru the drive thru most of the time. The workers there are like family. They know my order as soon as they here my voice. They are always smiling and very professional . I know most by name. It is a pleasure seeing them everyday.
